Entertainment mogul preaches ‘many paths’ to God
.jpg) Oprah Winfrey, File Phote - Wikipedia Oprah Winfrey is such a big star that we know her by one name, like Elvis, Madonna or Bono. She rules an entertainment empire worth nearly $1 billion.
Yet she is so much more than an entertainer. Thousands of articles have been written about Oprah’s rags-to-riches life story and her philanthropy. (Oprah’s Angel Network has raised more than $50 million to fund nonprofit organizations worldwide). But one of the most controversial aspects of her cultural influence derives from the emphasis she places on religion and spirituality. In 2002 Christianity Today declared she “has become one of the most influential spiritual leaders in America.” Comments (1) | Add as favourites (8) | Quote this article on your site |

CHICAGO, ILL.-- VirtualRevival.com, launched in August 2007, is the world's first continuous global virtual revival. The global host, Dr. Jessica Davis, speaks on the growing international excitement about the Virtual Revival.
"I believe VirtualRevival.com will go down in history as one of the greatest spiritual awakenings in the twenty- first century. One of the exciting aspects of this revival is that the revival is coming to you rather than you going to the revival. We are no longer limited by location or even time zones. I have been an international revivalist for almost twenty-five years for revivals lasting one day to a year and this is the most excited I have been about a revival.
