Young Pastors in Dallas for 3-Week Academy

Twenty-five of the world's most influential young pastors are spending three weeks in Dallas for the Global Proclamation Academy at the Dallas Theological Seminary. The fourth annual program offers educational and networking opportunities to the leaders in hopes of strengthening the Global Church.  The RREACH Ministry of Dr. Ramesh Richard sponsors the academy.  "Strengthening pastoral leaders is a means by which we want to address large numbers of pastors who will never have the opportunity of formal training, who lack some basic skills and tools, and yet they have a tremendous fervency and zeal for Christ," Richard said. Each of the pastors also received a laptop computer to help maintain their ministry connections when they return to their homelands.  A total of 25 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe are represented at this year's program.
