The Reformation Society will hold its August luncheon August 19 at Zion Unity Missionary Baptist Church. The presenters include Mark Melton and Charlie Shields. The group will study Titus 2:11-15, continuing a series "Shepherding a Young Pastor." Organizers say the purpose of the Reformation Society of Indiana is to unite church pastors and leaders with like minds and hearts for elevating the great doctrines of the Bible to bring about modern reformation. Through regional theological conferences and bimonthly pastor fellowship meals, the group says it seeks to encourage, equip, and embolden pastors and church leaders to re-examine the historic doctrines best stated in the “solas” of the 16th century Reformation and to preach and teach the whole counsel of God. The Reformation Society luncheon and Bible study is at Zion Unity Missionary Baptist Church, 3855 East 10th St., Indianapolis 46201. The luncheon will begin at noon and end at 1:45 p.m. Please RSVP for the luncheon by calling 317.255.7557 and leave your name and the number in your party or send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
